We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, company name, and workshop details when you register or contact us. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the service, process payments, send notifications (WhatsApp, email, push), improve our platform, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in Malaysia. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Each tenant's data is logically isolated — no other tenant can access your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: payment processors (Billplz, Stripe) for billing, WhatsApp providers (for notifications you enable), and as required by Malaysian law.

5. Your Rights

You can: access your data (export via API or admin panel), correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, and opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

7. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.
