1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Spannr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Spannr is a cloud-based workshop management platform that provides tools for managing work orders, inventory, invoicing, HR, and customer relationships for automotive, motorcycle, and marine workshops.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Free trials do not require payment information.

5. User Responsibilities

You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export feature.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the mobile app or by contacting support. Upon deletion:

Your personal information will be anonymized immediately.
Your access tokens will be revoked.
Business data associated with your tenant will be retained for the tenant owner's use.
If you are the sole tenant owner, please contact support to arrange full data deletion.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Spannr platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spannr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
